Doug R - January 30, 2012. Jamie does all of our HVAC work. In the last year he has installed a tankless water heater and a gas furnace for us. We trust him so much that one of these installations was done when we were out of the country. He is totally honest which is a very important trait when I am looking for a person to handle mechanical repairs and installations for me. In the past I sometimes paid more for lower quality workmanship. Now I wouldn't consider hiring anyone else when it comes to heating and air conditioning.

Our heat exchanger cracked on our existing unit and we engaged three firms to propose a replacement unit. Jamie did an excellent job of explaining the myriad of options that are available in the current market. Each system has pro's and con's and Jamie will take the time to explain them in detail. We ultimately selected Jamie and feel like we got a great deal on the best unit for our home. I would highly recommend giving Jamie a call if you need help with your heating and cooling needs.

Furnace wouldn't come on this fall . I was referred to Jamie Pierson. He did a thorough evaluation and, ultimately recommended and installed a new furnace. Great job done. Excellent communication throughout the process and very fair price. I highly recommend.

Jamie is a rare find! He is extremely knowledgeable, on-time, and the best price in town. You rarely find contractors that care about their customers the way that Jamie does. We jump at the chance to refer him to friends! He installed our downstairs unit last year and did all of the necessary paper work for us to get our energy tax credit, a step that was above and beyond what he had to do! If you want a contractor that you can trust, choose Jamie Pierson, you will not regret it.
